Dimagi is launching the FLW Advisory Panel, an initiative that brings together Frontline Workers from diverse backgrounds to shape the WellMe application and enhance digital resilience-building interventions.
Through active co-design and continuous feedback, FLWs will play a pivotal role in ensuring these solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful—empowering their peers with tools that truly meet their needs.
Shape WellMe’s Design: Contribute to directly influencing the design of the WellMe application to ensure it meets the real-world needs of frontline workers.
Professional Growth: As part of the advisory panel, FLWs will have the chance to develop valuable skills such as building resilience, participating in the human-centered design process, and providing product feedback.
Amplify Impact: Advisory panel members will be highlighted on social media, showcasing their contributions to the larger community focused on improving FLW wellbeing.
Learn & Connect with Peers: The panel offers an opportunity to collaborate with FLWs from diverse regions, creating a supportive global network.
