About The FLW Advisory Panel

Dimagi is launching the FLW Advisory Panel, an initiative that brings together Frontline Workers from diverse backgrounds to shape the WellMe application and enhance digital resilience-building interventions.

Through active co-design and continuous feedback, FLWs will play a pivotal role in ensuring these solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful—empowering their peers with tools that truly meet their needs.

Why get involved?

Group 5.1

Shape WellMe’s Design: Contribute to directly influencing the design of the WellMe application to ensure it meets the real-world needs of frontline workers.

Professional Growth: As part of the advisory panel, FLWs will have the chance to develop valuable skills such as building resilience, participating in the human-centered design process, and providing product feedback.

Amplify Impact: Advisory panel members will be highlighted on social media, showcasing their contributions to the larger community focused on improving FLW wellbeing.

Learn & Connect with Peers: The panel offers an opportunity to collaborate with FLWs from diverse regions, creating a supportive global network.

 Brief Overview of the Panel

  • Time Commitment: 45 hours over 8 months (approximately 5 hours per month) via monthly sessions conducted virtually by the Dimagi team. Participants will need a smartphone with an internet connection to join virtual meetings hosted by Dimagi.
  • Participation: Participants will receive an honorarium amount of $400 USD for their time and meaningful contributions to the advisory panel.
